You will serve as an Executive Office Manager in the Threat Target Systems Departmetn of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will process incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure routing of signatures, review of appropriate content, grammar, and effective presentation of information.
You will assist employees with travel arrangements, processing travel documents; including travel approval and mission essential forms, itineraries, visit requests, security clearances, invitational and foreign travel requests, and travel vouchers.
You will perform small purchases using government purchase card.
You will represent the Department in all clerical matters.
You will perform a full range of comprehensive administrative and analytical duties and prepare, coordinate, and prioritize tasking while monitoring all department calendars and schedules to maximize available time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05/06) or pay band (DG-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of an Executive Officer Manager. Specialized experiences must include some or all of the following: (1) Demonstrating experience in maintaining and coordinating multiple calendars; (2) Demonstrating experience as a government purchase card holder; and (3) Demonstrating the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
