Duties
You will analyze and develop appropriate staffing levels and skill mixes within the organization in accordance with existing guidance.
You will collect and consolidate data for trend analysis and bring abnormal findings to the attention of management.
You will analyze, interpret, and evaluate actual and projected office workload, number and value of contracts from overall management perspective.
You will compare projections and actual execution, and identify possible causes for variances.
You will provide functional support, technical guidance, consultation and staff assistance concerning electronic programs and tools used in program management and analysis.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting analysis and studies of staffing requirements and skill mixes, work processes, production standards, and allocated resources; and developing recommendation to improve program effectiveness and efficiencies.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data pertaining to staffing requirements, work processes, and program efficiencies; and developing databases and spreadsheets for reporting requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09:master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if relatedMust have a combination of specialized experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal 100 percent.
