You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-1 Directorate, Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will develop, operate, and support systems and processes that sustain a military manpower management program.
You will design,organize and conduct multi-faceted projects, working groups and operational planning teams that involve productivity and quality improvement, manpower, organizational, cost analysis, and other such related analytical activities.
You will plan and assign work, sets priorities, advises on program goals and objectives to make decisions on military manpower issues.
You will supervise and direct program operations engaged in the full range of command-level military manpower management across a total workforce enterprise.
You will develop new strategies and methods to measure program accomplishments, results and effectiveness.
You will propose new or revise command approach to dealing with controversial problems or precedent setting actions as they relate to military manpower planning and management.
You will collaborate with a diverse audience to address business operations, process improvements, and mission changes

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing oversight and recommendations on total force military capital management based on analysis and studies of management efficiency/effectiveness; developing budgetary and programming policy.
