About the Position: Incumbent actively participates in management and administration within the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Supply Operation Branch (SOB), and Logistics Services Department (LSD) by performing supply management analysis, program analysis, accountability management, and administrative functions.
Duties
Responsible for material readiness, other program stockage, warehouse function, and customer service.
Coordinates physical inventories of accountable property and determines validity of adjustments.
Manages special, one-time and recurring reporting requirements involving one or more divisions within LRC, physical security, environmental and safety inspections and corrective actions, and quality control inspections and corrective actions.
Approves customer requisitions for local purchase of standard and non-standard items according to regulatory guidance.
Utilizes knowledge of specific programs and items to meet the IMP objective of a reduced inventory while maintaining operational readiness.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experiencerequirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing supply operations support for activities involving specialized and/or unique supplies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Logistics, Supply Management, Financial Management, Operations Management, etc.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
