You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Supportability and Design Analysis Division within the Combat Systems Test and Evaluation Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will support government and contractor teams in technical, systems engineering, logistics, and readiness assessment and investigation during sustainment, modernization, test, and availability activities.
You will provide technical expertise to analyze program, system, and organizational readiness and/or operational issues and provide recommendations for problem resolution.
You will lead projects for the development and management of methods for assessing readiness including systems engineering, logistics products and deployment readiness, suitability and readiness verification activities.
You will provide technical expertise in review of system, project, and program reporting milestone requirements to identify and develop assessments and support readiness and fleet operational requirements reporting.
You will provide technical expertise in review and reporting of readiness issues including defining and identifying system performance specifications, system relationships, and modeling to quantify performance issues and results.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower level, the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical oversight of internal processes and procedures required for inspection, maintenance, testing, or integration of combat and weapons system equipment during shipbuilding, modernization, or availability.
