About the Position: This position is with the U.S Army Materials Command G-3 for Operations Resource.
Duties
Executes administrative and supervisory and personnel management responsibilities over assigned personnel.
Assures adequate internal control systems are developed and operative so resources are managed in an effective and efficient manner.
Resolves complex resource allocation problems having a variety of program management and logistic impact on the readiness/sustainability of the command.
During Program objective management (POM) cycles, keeps Director G-3/AMC Command Group apprised of key developments and decisions.
Provides high level management of fiscal resources to include requirement, determination, and budget execution.
Provides G-3 contract management services and execution tracking of contracts.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes managing contract budgets, providing technical advice and consulting services, manage and direct programs including planning and programming services, analysis, validation and execution Utilizing Program objective management (POM) utilizing General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS). . This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
