You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Support Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

You will approve plans concerning scheduling automated data programs and analyze projects for the improvement of supply support. You will provide a comprehensive range of information and management services to assist in customer support functions and provide logistics support to the customer. You will provide guidance, expertise and oversight of systematic changes.

Requirements

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Perform supply system analysis to develop, identify and correct program changes to Navy ERP, supporting interfaces and business operations to assure proper program and supply support; 2) Provide supply support information regarding business processes for Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management; 3) Analyze existing supply policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations related to supply management programs; 4) Analyze IT system design requirements of Navy ERP, Supporting Interfaces and business processes for weapon systems and equipment; 5) Provide supervision and leadership in supply operations to provide advice, guidance and assistance to personnel on procedures or processes related to future efforts, supply management systems, policies and programs.
