You will serve as a LEAD BUSINESS FINANCIALMANAGER in the USMC LIGHT ATTACHED HELICOPTER PROGRAM OFFICER of PEO FOR AIR ASW.

Duties
You will lead the business and financial efforts and develop, track and execute assigned budget over the program life cycle.
You will serve as financial liaison and representative in business and financial matters.
You will provide technical direction for the efforts of the Program Office Financial team members.
You will frequently interface with the PEO(A) staff specialists, NAWC Supervisor for the NAWC financial team, NAVAIR Comptroller and senior managers with the Contract Team and Headquarters Marine Corps.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience: (1) Formulating complex budgets and support plans; (2) Performing program funds execution and integrating financial business methods and practices with the acquisition requirements of a program; (3) Generating, recommending, and implementing new and revised financial management concepts, internal controls, methodologies, policies, and strategies in support of the organization's programs; (4) Ensuring the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
