The Cybersecurity Infrastructure (CSI) Security Operations Center (SOC) Service Element Lead (SEL) is responsible for providing internal- and external-facing technical, operational and integration support to ensure high quality service and solutions delivery that meets diverse Federal, programmatic, and customer requirements. You will support the CSI Service Area Manager in the strategic and tactical planning and execution of Enterprise cybersecurity Projects, Initiatives, and Activities.
Duties
Perform as the CSI SOC Services and Solutions Architect Lead, providing consistent, repeatable, high-quality leadership, management, delivery, and issue resolution for all related capabilities and tools.
Perform as the technical and subject matter expert for services and solutions delivery, ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and consistency with Federal, Agency, and customer requirements.
Perform and/or oversee services and solutions planning, requirements/risk assessment, concept studies, scheduling, design, testing, validation, verification, deployment, sustainment, and status briefing/reporting.
Perform analysis and identification of current and future requirements and provide strategic and tactical roadmap planning; identify and advocate opportunities to improve security operations and support via communications and review processes.
Perform customer and leadership engagement, collaboration, partnership, and integration to ensure superior delivery of Enterprise services and solutions.
Perform as a Technical Monitor (TM) for Enterprise cybersecurity contract requirements to assess service gaps, enhance/improve service delivery, and evaluate contractor performance.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
GS-14: To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
Leading and/or managing technical teams or functional projects that align with NASA strategic and tactical planning, Federal and Agency requirements, budgets, support systems, resources, and/or technologies;
Collaborating with mission/business partners to formulate and implement cybersecurity services and solutions;
Analyzing and resolving IT issues to ensure consistent service delivery and cybersecurity compliance.
AND
IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
