You will serve as a Administrative Management Support Specialist in the Warehouse Management Office of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will develop and maintain standard reports, metrics, and forecasts aligned to customer priorities.
You will enter information into a database (e.g., background information, degrees, professional societies, research areas, foreign students on visas) for tracking of faculty personnel.
You will brief internal and external customers about an organization's activities, goals, and policies.
You will create written documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, requirements, analysis, design reviews) to outline program recommendations for modifications or alterations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07/08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1) Creating, reviewing, processing and coordinating Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs). 2) Interpreting applicable personnel laws, regulations, policies, precedents and practices to ensure the organization is complaint in all Human Resource matters in addition to staffing and hiring policies. 3) Develop new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and/or program administration procedures related to Human Resources processes. 4) Applying knowledge of the local issues, program goals and objectives, Fleet Support Team (FST) work processes to help improve efficiency and accuracy of administrative operations of the organization.
