You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Plant Equipment Support Office (Code 1581), in the infrastructure Revitalization and Readiness Division (Code 1580), of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 1500) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties
You will review and analyze program status reports on overall progress of industrial equipment requests, budget execution and financial data, and acquisition actions.
You will analyze equipment projects and produce trip reports with action items.
You will provide centralized coordination and control for the overall NAVSEA corporate planning, budget, and management of industrial capital asset investment programs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience utilizing technical, administrative and management knowledge to complete workload forecasting and program management relative to industrial equipment to accommodate requirements of industrial facilities maintaining all classes of naval ships.
Experience providing command level project and program management support for capital asset investment and facilities management programs.
Experience with capital asset acquisition and life cycle management support as well as program management, evaluation, monitoring and long term planning.
Experience with developing execution goals, forecasting methodology, and alternative sources to meet schedule and Appropriation benchmarks.
