This position is located at Unaccompanied Housing Facility. The purpose of this position is to provide inventory management support to the lodging program.
Duties
Responsible for inventory supplies, furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) and other amenities in support of the operation.
Ensures security of all guests is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Must posses a valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles.
- Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- Must pass all applicable records and background check.
Qualifications
One (1) year of work experience that demonstrates incumbent has a thorough knowledge of inventory and purchasing procedures, using computerized record keeping systems and basic safety including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Must be proficient with a calculator and computer software (word processing and spreadsheets)
May act as APF or NAF credit card holder
Knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions relating to the specific functions assigned.
Sound working knowledge of the structure of the local supply organization and the organizations serviced
Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
Must possess basic math and reading skills
