About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.
Duties
Use analytical methods, techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Use skill in application of fact-finding and investigative techniques, oral, written communications, and development of presentations.
Apply qualitative or quantitative analytical methods to assist in conduct of studies or projects which concern the efficiency of programs and practices.
Responsible for facilitating customer access to the Full Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS) Title 10 Module as well as providing customer service and responding to telephone inquiries.
