You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Office of Customer Advocacy of CARDEROCK DIV NS.
The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $145,617).
Duties
You will serve as a Customer Advocate (CA) Lead Analyst in the Office of Customer Advocacy for the Naval
Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, located at the Headquarters of NSWC, Carderock Division, in West Bethesda, MD.
You will serve as recognized authority for formulation and implementation of financial management task proposals and agreements across the Command for assigned major Sponsor Enterprise.
You will analyze and evaluate customer tasking and overall financial management and engagement across the Command and assigned major Sponsor Enterprise area.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating business operation requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and funding in order to improve efficiency and execution of business projects
