You will serve as the Program Manager for the Enterprise System (E2) for the Warfare Center Executive Director of NSWC/NUWC Command in one of the following locations:
NSWC Panama City Division, FL
NSWC Crane Division, IN
Dam Neck, VA
Mechanicsburg, PA
NSWC Philadelphia Division, PA
NUWC Division Keyport, WA
NUWC Division Newport, RI
NSWC Dahlgren Division, VA
NSWC Indian Head Division, MD

Duties
You will ensure IT related administrative approvals are maintained annually, including status and progress reports on a routine basis.
You will ensure the hardware needs of the system are met and all operational related system requirements are being met.
You will interface and meet with the host command and get status and monthly progress report recommendations on the hardware needs and storage capacity.
You will provide administrative direction and process guidance to Enterprise System development team on contractual requirements and priorities for system changes and enhancements.
You will maintain user Software Change Request (SCR) log to include reviewing new submissions, prioritizing software builds, and consolidating requirements.
You will manage the monthly the overall program requirements, including review of acquisition instructions and review of monthly software development process.
You will provide overall administrative guidance on the process, instructions, and maintaining of the system, and provides direction to the current user base, Enterprise System command representatives and contractor users.
You will develop dashboards, standard reports and ad hoc reporting as needed for the successful performance of the post award process.
You will partner with various organizations to get acquired data and data transfers needed for future enhancements and efficiencies of the use of authoritative data.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, managing, and maintaining Information Technology (IT) systems (e.g., reviewing new submissions, prioritizing software builds, consolidating requirements) to solve acquisition system related issues throughout the organization.
