You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Logistics Engagement and Integration Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Duties
You will assist with N4 ACOM internal workflow processes associated with financial management, purchase requests, taskers, audit readiness and other projects requiring action.
You will monitor budget lines and provide funding analysis to supervisor and senior budget analysts.
You will perform financial and purchasing data analysis ,tracking, and coordination to assist in review and completion of numerous special projects.
You will function as backup reviewer for Defense Travel System (DTS) orders and vouchers, Correspondence and Directives Administration and Records Management.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Utilize a knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative functions and make improvements recommendations; 2. Perform a variety of analytical studies and projects related to financial management and data calls; 3. Analyze purchasing processes and functions to provide corrective solutions to issues; 4. Present recommendations and negotiate solutions to disputed/controversial issues in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing; 5. Process, input, and manipulate data files within automated systems including Enterprise Resource Planning, Defense Travel System for work operations, progress reports, and analytical studies

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M, or have completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate level education leading to such a degree. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.GS-11 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
