About the Position: This position is with the Logistics Readiness Center at Fort Sill, OK. The incumbent performs supply management duties as well as supply acquisition for the installation.

Duties

Monitor and maintain the installation property accountability program. Assign responsibilities to the Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) and ensures that change of inventory is performed upon newly assigned duties. Maintain records that show current value of property record, item identification, authorization, on-hand balances, property condition, and location of designated property. Direct and schedules inventories by responsible personnel for both standard and sensitive government property in accordance with regulatory requirements. Review completed inventories and conducts causative research to identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Process Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL) on government property which may be lost, damaged or destroyed through conditions other than normal wear and tear. Recommend use of substitute or interchangeable parts, assemblies, or components to reduce cost, problems in supply/procurement of original items. Purify Final Consumption Report comparing items received and used versus items on hand. Monitor/update usage and stock levels and other requisitioning controls to eliminate excess inventory and sustain production requirements.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position such as Supply Chain Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
