You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANLYST in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION, SYSTEMS ACQUISITION GROUP, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will Develop/maintain program policies, goal, and objectives.
You will conduct outreach to outside organizations, ensuring that the message provided is consistent.
You will lead internal Systems Engineering Transformation (SET) outreach effort, including developing and administering programs such as brown bags, workshops, staffing NAVAIR events.
You will develop policy for and administer content and access of several SET digital collaboration websites.
You will develop, monitor, and report metrics for all SET outreach activities.
You will indoctrinate new hires, interns, NAVAIR reservists and developmental program participants to the initiative and help identify tasking.
You will develop and/or manage and coordinate effective management control techniques and procedures that will provide accurate and comprehensive information on status and progress of programs.
You will coordinate contracting efforts and financial management for SET and Systems Engineering Development Implementation Center (SEDIC) contracting efforts.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Performs technical analyses, formulates solutions; analyzes proposed fixes for SED operational requirements. 2.) The incumbent will research vendor sources for procurements. 3.) Evaluates and makes decisions from the sources on what items or equipment to procure. 4.) Initiates, proposes, and develops new and advanced management techniques, practices, and studies for efficiently accomplishing project objectives; collects and analyzes data; identifies deficiencies; and recommends methods for improvement to Department Leadership. 5.) Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of management controls such as those for channels of communication, operating procedures, organization, and position structure. 6.) Recommends methods for improvement through program modifications.
