Duties
Set priorities for implementation of overall assigned programs.
Develop policies and procedures for facility staff operations.
Conduct reviews and initiates reports with recommendations on the best course of action.
Oversee the coordination of financial acquisition requirements.
Requirements

- This position may require lifting in excess of 50 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
- This is a mission essential position.
- May be required to travel up to 15% of the time TDY away from regular duty location.
- This position requires being on call, some weekend work/holidays, and work beyond the normal operating hours, may be required.
- Passings a pre-employment physical will be required.

Specialized experience: One-year specialized experience Planning, directing, integrating and coordinating the execution of all organization facilities-based functions, facility operations and activities directly impacting the maintenance of and sustainment of a fully functional workplace. Serve as the technical expert and consultant to senior command. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
