About the Position: Serve as the Program Manager, Division lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Strategic Management and Development for the Pacific Ocean Division.

Duties

Responsible for the oversight of all activities in the Division for Strategic Management and Development throughout the Divisions area of operations that includes four subordinate Districts. Develop corporate level strategy, objectives, organizational processes, project initiatives and performance benchmarks that are normally accepted without change due. Implement complex and far-reaching strategic concepts and initiatives. Manage research studies and analysis to interpret and develop guidance for the Division.
