You will serve as an Administrative Officer of RLSO SE JACKSONVILLE.

Duties

You will monitor the inventory of general consumables and order supplies to maintain adequate onboard stock at all times. You will ensure all required quotes and vendor information are included with the respective requests You will promptly ensure receipts for supplies are submitted to the respective authorized purchaser. You will work closely with commands Professional Development Officer with regard to expenditure of training funds. You will perform Navy pay, personnel, and travel transactions at the appropriate level per policies, procedures, and system capabilities. You will review the PCS travel claim for all required entries, accuracy and ensure all required receipts and documentation are included for prompt processing

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the duties of an Administrative Officer. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Identifying and analyzing problems and making recommendations based on potential implications of findings or conclusions; 2) Critically evaluating to identify the causes of problems, and choosing courses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders; 3) Selecting, acquiring, storing, or distributing an organization's resources in the most efficient way possible; 4) Preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents; maintaining office records; locating and compiling data or information from files; compiling information for reports; keeping a calendar and informing others of deadlines and other important dates; and similar clerical support work within an organization. EDUCATION SUBSTITUTIONS:

You have successfully completed a related master's or equivalent graduate degree.

You have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a related master's degree.
or
