You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the CORPORATE BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Duties
You will provide project management expertise to ensure the on-time delivery of Command level strategic and investment projects within the Corporate Operations Department.
You will be responsible for all aspects of project management to include the development of project scope and schedules, project deliverables, change management, monitoring and controlling resources, and ensuring proper close out of projects.
You will define project outcomes, set and manage stakeholder expectations, develop detailed project plans, define the scope of the projects, understand project risks, and assign team members to specific tasks.
You will conduct impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders in the support and execution of projects.
You will identify, analyze, and prepare project risk mitigation tactics and proposes courses of action for leadership decision.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing administrative program data using software tools to identify and resolve issues impacting project management operations.
