You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SECURITY BRANCH (SP33) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Duties
You will analyze trade-off issues with regard to technical performance, costs, and schedule.
You will manage and coordinate financial and program responses to requests from within the organization, contractors, field activities and external agencies to ensure that a timely and accurate response is provided.
You will perform work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
You will be responsible for maintaining the approved budgets, the budget tool, and executes branch budgets in the Navy ERP system.
You will review, evaluate, negotiate, coordinate, and prepare branch contract planning documents in coordination with branch budget executors.
You will review contract execution status for early signs and actions as appropriate.

Qualifications
NH-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-1 (GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in developing strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement; assisting in advising branch management on decisions concerning resources and support activities to accomplish program objectives; making recommendations to adjust available resources to provide support commensurate with schedules and priorities of efforts.
NH-03:ecialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement; advising branch management on decisions concerning resources and support activities to accomplish program objectives; and making recommendations to adjust available resources to provide support commensurate with schedules and priorities of efforts.
