The U.S. Space Force is a military service that organizes, trains & equips space forces in order to protect U.S. and allied interests in space and to provide space capabilities to the joint force. Duties
Great opportunity to influence and build a new Space organization with flexibility and an autonomous work environment. Serve as program analyst evaluating and analyzing issues and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency in work operations involving Field Command programs. Prepare detailed plans, budgets, and schedules for assigned programs and/or participates with senior leaders in strategic planning and fiscal planning and programming. Additional duties may include managing other Directorate programs, such as government purchase card, government travel cards and defense travel systems.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Top Secret security clearance is required
- This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions present a clear threat to the mission.
