You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategy & Future Shore Integrated Requirements of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will analyze mission, function, and tasks against long term requirements to identify operational and strategic capabilities.
You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements.
You will develop oral presentations that explain findings resulting from management or program analysis.
You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing shore support mission requirements as it applies to Submarine and/or Navy Expeditionary force structure (including platforms, weapon systems and manpower) and shore infrastructure; 2) Developing planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) and pre- and post-acquisition support processes to plan and direct major analysis projects encompassing interrelated but distinct business, financial, resource, and managerial issues; and 3) Providing managerial and program analyst expertise to a broad range of functional areas pursuant to shore integration and support to the Undersea Warfare Enterprise (USE) and/or Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) and Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) including shore-enterprise missions, functions and tasks to provide shore support to USE and NECC operating forces.
