Duties
As a Program Analyst, Director of Learning, Development, and DEIA, you will:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-14 (or equivalent) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the evaluation of skills gaps in organizations and developing organizational learning strategies to improve current and future workforce skills needs and create and manage DEIA programs.

Time-In-Grade/Pay Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/pay band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks at a GS-14 level or equivalent. The grade/pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade/pay band, as required by the announcement.
