Duties
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. This position involves working with data management and reporting systems to extract meaningful information, conducting statistical analysis, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with program staff, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of data while identifying trends and making recommendations for program improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor¿s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, business or a related field AND three years of experience in the occupation, or related field or work area, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency with data management and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau, SharePoint or similar tools). Familiarity with automated data collection methods and reporting systems. Experience conducting program evaluations and making data-driven recommendations. Skill to analyze and evaluate procedures and systems to improve operations; perform surveys to determine compliance with established policies and procedures and establish sound management practices and maintain effective relationships with, and gain confidence and cooperation of a variety of stakeholders to accept proposals on complex issues. This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze data to identify trends, provide insightful recommendations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational programs and operations. Must have the excellent skills to communicate both orally and in writing. As an authorized and privileged user of Department of Defense Information Systems, must possess the ability to obtain and maintain an IT Level II or higher designation clearance.This position has been designated as a position of trust. The incumbent must be eligible for an Access National Agency Check and Inquires (ANACI/ Tier 3) background investigation to satisfy IT Level II designation. Appointment and continued employment is subject to a favorable adjudication of the security investigation.Telework: Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MF policy.
