You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of INFOWARTRACMD VIRGINIA BEACH VA.
Duties
You will provide research, analysis, guidance, and support to administer non-judicial punishment, administrative boards, and other legal actions and administrative processes
You will serve as the primary point of contact for claims. Accepts complaint, summons, documents, or inquiries; identifies the type or purpose; screens for completeness; and identifies the action to be performed.
You will serve as a liaison with external legal entities and oversee the administrative portion of legal proceedings.
You will support command compliance with personnel management programs, including disciplinary actions, separations, and retention policies.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in coordinating military investigations and legal matters, including NJP, administrative separations, and court-martials, per UCMJ, MCM, and Navy regulations; 2) Coordinating with medical and career counseling services for administrative separation cases and manage all associated documentation.; 3) Excelling in supporting Preliminary Inquiry Officers during investigations, analyzing documentation, and preparing administrative portions of litigation reports.; and 4) Proficenting in acting as the central point of contact with NCIS, CID, RLSO, and other legal entities regarding misconduct, property loss, and litigation.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
A master's or equivalent graduate degree;
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related.
