You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F&ES SYSTEMS SPECIALIST) in the FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES (F&ES) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will utilize tools to query, extract, clean, manipulate and prepare data for analysis .
You will analyze program, financial, and business operations data to identify trends and problem areas.
You will prepare reports to detail the findings of an organizational analysis
You will compile research and statistical findings for use in decision making.
You will prepare and conduct statistical reports to support technical or business decision-making.
You will document ways to improve an operating program's effectiveness.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining, managing or monitoring Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) integrated management and information systems; 2) Utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and data management tools to query, extract, clean, manipulate and prepare data for analysis; 3) Utilizing data analysis tools to generate metrics and perform statistical analysis; 4) Utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) technology and tools for analyzing data in a geospatial context; (NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.)
