You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (PROJECT MANAGER) in the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT GROUP
SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT, SPECTRUM MISSION DATA & INFORMATION DIVISION, OPERATIONAL SUPT BRANCH
of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of complex program operations in meeting goals and objectives.
You will monitor compliance with established requirements.
You will assist in the design, development, and implementation of project programs, policy, and projects.
You will analyze data, create reports, and develop strategies to improve program performance.
You will interface with department and Integrated Product Team (IPT) management to address leadership and command needs and requirements.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Leading projects and ensuring that priorities are aligned with department goals; 2) Developing/delivering presentations or instruction to inform/train diverse audiences on organizations, systems, or policies; 3) Collecting and analyzing data to recommend strategies to improve implementation and evaluation of programs.
