You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (PMOSSP), CONVENTIONAL PROMPT STRIKE (SPC) of CPS PROGRAM OFFICE.
Duties
You will be responsible for development, implementation, and management of the Product Support Strategy (PSS) across all deployed platforms and support organizations and all life cycle phases.
You will perform in a supervisory role to deliver an affordable and supportable product support capability that meets the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program objectives and timelines.
You will develop processes and procedures to achieve operational suitability and effective and affordable product support solutions.
You will perform Program Management and coordination of other organizations and Subject Matter Expert (SME) efforts.
You will provide guidance and direction to the program team for development and implementation of the CPS PSS.
You will provide multi-discipline direction and Program Management to the CPS Program based on applicable experience.
You will draft, analyze, integrate, review and provide recommendations to Senior Strategic System Programs (SSP) Leadership for milestone and other documentation in accordance with Government, DOD, and Navy regulations.
You will coordinate program level meetings and develops appropriate agendas for all supporting program groups ensuring program information is disseminated.
You will make assignments, prioritizes work, allocate resources, make workforce selections, assure the development and training of staff members, rate performance, and administer discipline.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in leading a product support management team with developing, implementing and executing a product support strategies.
