About the Position: As a Management Analyst for a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), the role involves overseeing all hiring actions and updating tracking figures within the Defense Medical Human Resources System - Internet (DMHRSi).

Duties

Facilitate effective communication with relevant stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and resolve discrepancies promptly. Compiles and prepares a range of reports, including ad hoc queries, for local and unit-level use. Evaluates encumbered employee positions (double-slotted roles) to ascertain appropriateness and identify vacant positions for potential reassignment. Ascertains data quality, analyzes reports, correlates relevant data, and formulates recommendations for command and leadership to enable effective data-driven decision-making.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Information Management, Business Analysis, Statistics. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
