Duties

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned programs. Participate in G-Invoicing, complete and maintain G-Invoicing training. Utilize data from several sources and adapt it for use in analyzing problems with many independent variables. Manage Support Agreement program. Ensure compliance with Regulations and Policies. Assist with Directorate's administrative support program such as RMIC, OIP and Records Management. Work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment and be able to mange change. Provide briefings and training on programs as required. Review, develop and publish Financial Management regulations, policies and guidance.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time or less.
  • Incumbent is required to complete FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012.

Responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations electronic agreement tracking and repository system. 4. Experience with administrative programs such as records management and inspections. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget AdministrationBudget Formulation, Justification & PresentationFinancial Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
