About the Position: This position is with the United States Army Reserves, G-8 Field Budget Division, Operations and Maintenance Field Executive Team, located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Duties

Evaluate work performance of subordinate staff engaged in budget development and execution for worldwide programs of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). Administer funds issued to the Command. Establish financial management procedures for review and surveillance of fund subdivisions and limitations. Monitor the execution of funds to ensure resources are efficiently used or reprogrammed to meet program objectives. Provide guidance, direction, and control on all phases planning and developing budget estimates.

• This position requires DoD Financial Management Certification Program Level 2.
