About the Position: The pay band NH-03 incudes the General Schedule Grade equivalent to GS-12/13.

Duties

As the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) for assigned weapon system, the incumbent is responsible for all Product Support activities required at each milestone of the acquisition process. Manages the implementation and execution of approved product support strategy, fielding, materiel integration, and product support arrangements. The incumbent will be the primary PM agent responsible for development, review, verification, validation and authentication of technical manuals (TM), and all supporting products to include Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC). Identifies, develops, and provides Government comments for Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL) supporting in support of those efforts. The incumbent will be the primary negotiator for the weapon system’s transition to sustainment with the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM).

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • All candidates must meet position requirements for certification at Level II in acquisition Career Field Program Management within 24 months of occupying the position.
  • This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology workforce position.
