You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Resources and Assessment division (PW1) of the Public Works Directorate at of NAVFAC Pacific .
Duties
You will provide program budget coordination and management for NAVFAC Public Works.
You will coordinate with others to support financial transactions and perform program financial analysis, including processing transactions, generating responses to taskers, reporting, and tracking the Public Works directorate's financial situation.
You will generate, update, and maintain program and process documents and information to be referenced by other team members for work accomplishment
You will provide backup support to the Resources and Assessment (PW1) Director and other PW1 staff.
You will operate various electronic systems including N-ERP, CFMS, Decision Lens, and SLDCADA to perform transactions and to extract and transform data.
You will use a variety of electronic tools, to include spreadsheets, graphical visualization and presentation tools, and shared media such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNote
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Analyzing organizational data through spreadsheets, graphs and reports; 2) Manipulating data from various information systems to monitor work and programs; 3) Preparing and gathering information for data calls, studies, inquiries, and projects to identify problems and recommend solutions; and 4) Evaluating programs and suggesting improvements in areas such as, cost analysis, long range operational plans, work plans and planning processes.
