You will serve as a SUPV MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STAFF SERVICES DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.

Duties
You will advise Director, Staff Services on issues affecting Headquarters (HQ) daily operations.
You will serve as technical advisor to Director, Staff Services and to HQ Directorate program managers for manpower and personnel matters.
You will develop and recommend appropriate HQ policies and procedures to implement and execute HQ personnel programs.
You will monitor and provide personnel execution data as required and makes recommendations for realignments and strategies for improved efficiencies.
You will develop performance standards and evaluates performance, recommends awards and bonuses as deemed appropriate.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating civilian personnel programs and staffing practices (e.g. budgeting/programming and manpower (Military/Civilian) management) to develop and makes recommendations for realignments and improved efficiencies of program operations or policy to meet established goals and objectives.
