You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the Distribution Management, Allocation, Resources and Procedures Division of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Duties
You will track and monitor placement actions of military personnel in the Temporary Limited Duty (TLD), Overseas Integrated Disability Evaluation System (OIDES) and pregnancy programs.
You will review shore commands for potential military personnel placement, ensuring the command is not restricted from receiving TLD or pregnant personnel per Manning Control Authority direction.
You will coordinate with Medical Officers to process requests for the transfer of sailors between CONUS and OCONUS.
You will verify deploy ability categorization code is displayed in applicable database systems and supply information for data call requests.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year ofspecialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative functions to assist in the transfer and placement of military personnel; 2) Entering, maintaining and safeguarding data in military personnel records to protect program integrity; and 3) Composing official emails, letters, memoranda or reports using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
