About the Position: Serves as a Training Requirements Analyst with the responsibility of monitoring class schedules and managing distribution and fill for all training seats for the MCoE taught TRADOC and/or DoD schools to ensure compliance with training requirements identified in the Army Program for Individual Training (ARPRINT).
Duties
Performs analysis of statistical material and data generated from the total MCoE training program and prepares a variety of reports and correspondence.
Serves as the Fort Moore subject matter expert and primary trainer for ATMS and ATRRS.
Ensures that class and quota allocation changes are timely and appropriately coordinated with applicable user agencies to ensure no conflict exists in student accommodation.
Reviews, coordinates, and ensures all follow-on courses are scheduled to coincide with the close dates of the main course.
Develops and maintains procedures for all user functions. Assigns appropriate permissions to users.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Perform training data collection and statistical analysis; 2) Develop and maintain lesson plans, training aids, and job aids for a variety of user functions; 3) Ensures all applicable agencies are advised of changes by ATRRS/ATMS messages, electronic mail or other correspondence; AND 4) Reviews, coordinates, and ensures all follow-on courses are scheduled to coincide with the close dates of the main course. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
