Qualifications

For the GS-13 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-12 level in federal service having demonstrated experience developing policies, business practices, internal controls and/or report associated with a bureau or agency-wide Human Resources program; advising various stakeholders on human capital policies and procedures; researching, analyzing, and presenting complex ideas on regulatory, policy, HR systems, and legislative changes within Human Resources. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the position by the closing date of the announcement.

Education
