You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.

Duties

You will develop internal controls to ensure policy compliance through audits and overseeing corrective actions as required. You will review and analyze Missing Time/Incorrect Hours report in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). You will provide technical knowledge of income tax for Federal, State and Local to both employees and representatives from different agencies. You will provide solutions to payroll issues related to back pay, collections, settlements, and donated leave.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience includes: Advising managers and employees on organizational time and leave policies and ensuring command compliance and audit-readiness; Utilizing ERP, DCPS, and SAP, or similar systems, to administer employee time and leave; Researching, analyzing, and resolving complex pay issues such as back pay, incorrect hours, settlements, and leave donations; Analyzing employee pay and deduction information, including taxes, interest, deductions, and leave balances. or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
