Duties
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (N01), COMMANDER, NAVAL FORCE RESERVE (CNAFR), Echelon III ACTIVITY.
You will set performance standards and evaluate performance for any subordinate CNAFR Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce (IPPW) personnel.
You will organize, set, and monitor workflow of the Integrated Prevention Program.
You will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Integrated Prevention Program and serve as advisor and technical prevention expert to CNAFR and subordinate commands.
You will oversee the development, planning/execution of core functions of an optimized prevention system such as engagement, implementation, evaluation/integration and use knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting to address program goals.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements (see Education section), your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience applying a wide range of concepts, principles, practices, and procedures related to behavioral health, social, familial, and occupational functioning.
*Experience utilizing social science principles, concepts, and techniques as related to integrated prevention programs in order to evaluate, consult, and advise in a variety of settings.
*Experience promoting a healthy and resilient climate toward the prevention of destructive/problematic behaviors to include suicide, sexual harassment/assault, substance misuse, and family/interpersonal/workplace violence.
*Experience analyzing prevention programs and practices and/or utilizing experience that demonstrates the incumbent's ability to appropriately identify, implement, and evaluate prevention methodologies.

Education
Basic Requirements:
Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
