You will serve as a CIVILIAN PROGRAM ANALYST in the G1 DIVISION of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Duties
You will advise and assist the Commander in manpower policies and procedures (e.g., civilian personnel management, awards, directives and other general/administrative matters).
You will serve as a Human Resources (HR) Liaison with the servicing Human Resources Office (HRO) for civilian personnel matters.
You will closely coordinate with the Human Resources Office (HRO) and management to initiate personnel actions to fill vacancies.
You will develop budget strategies to optimize civilian labor dollars.
You will assist in the administration of Performance Management program and will serve as the administrator of the Performance Assessment Review Board for the command
You will be responsible for budgeting and acquiring supplies to support and administer the civilian recognition program.
You will share functional responsibilities and provide oversight to the Program Specialist as Personnel Systems Manager.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in providing research, planning, analysis and management of civilian resources at U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific and it's Major Subordinate Commands as well as advising senior leaders on civil service and contract employee resources to optimize civilian manning/budget resources.
