You will serve as a LEAD EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the SEASPARROW SYS ENG & MGMT DIV of NMC ORD SYS ENG MGMT.
Duties
You will manage a large inventory and will act as the Lead Equipment specialist.
You will use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other inventory management software.
You will direct the Tracking of all material movements to ensure all equipment is accounted for.
You will recommend disposal or other disposition of the unserviceable equipment based on its condition and field requirements.
You will ensure material storage areas are maintained as required by Command Instructions.

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
Qualifications
Resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience directing, leading, and monitoring equipment reconfiguration, cannibalization, and modification according to engineering change requests.
Experience utilizing an inventory system such as or similar to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Experience resolving problems with logistic matters that cross engineering fields/disciplines and that affect the work of other project personnel.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of LL.M., if related
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
