You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategy and Future Requirements Division of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will assist in coordinating and facilitating any substantive data collection and follow on analysis in supporting
the divisions scope.
You will assist CNIC Program Mangers with strategies, consequences, alternatives, and considerations affecting business aspects and activities.
You will research potential impact of proposed policies and procedures.
You will identify and implement ways to eliminate or reduce significant barriers to meeting organizational goals
and objectives through team building.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
GS-13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Plan and direct analysis projects that will include recommendations to leadership to improve effectiveness and efficiency of programs and processes to provide Shore support to fleet operating forces.
2. Developing guidance that supports Program Managers, to include planning, design, and reporting, business and operations outcomes.
3. Monitor and track goals and objectives across Shore enterprise analytics efforts.
4. Assists in collecting and tracking performance measures data sets, packaging analysis in order for regional leadership to manage and monitor service levels, performance, effectiveness, and efficiencies across the enterprise.
5. Generate innovative ideas and/or proposals for evaluation, develop hypotheses, identify creative solutions, and provide briefings to leadership with recommendations leveraging predictive and/or prescriptive analytics to promote data driven decisions.
GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Assist in developing guidance that supports Program Managers, to include planning, design, and reporting, business and operations outcomes.
2. Assist with monitoring and tracking goals and objectives across Shore enterprise analytics efforts; support the development of processes, governance, and communications of analytics efforts.
3. Assists in collecting, tracking, and integrating performance measures data sets.
4. Generate problem-solving ideas, develop hypotheses, identify potential solutions and brief leadership with recommendations for improvement to support data driven decisions.
