Duties

Plans, develops, implements and manages the full range of policies and procedures and comprehensive business, financial and administrative management functions for the DLA Energy lndo-Pacific (IP) Director Conducts studies and analyses of business, financial and administrative processes and procedures to identify substantive changes to work methods and practices; identifying new objectives for DLA Energy lndo-Pacific (IP) organization. Evaluates and advises on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation. Serves as Assistant Program Coordinator for the DLA Energy Travel program and serves as administrator for the Defense Travel System implementation for DLA Energy. Reviews requirements, analyzes and prioritizes, making independent adjustments for administrative programs and management functions Provides advice to management on the distribution of work, efficient utilization of positions, and employees in programs and program support areas.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Management And Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Applies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and objectives to facilitate the administration of Customer Satisfaction and Climate/Culture surveys. Applies qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs. Applies pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources (people, money, or equipment) in the area studied. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
