Duties
You will provide executive level support and conduct all administrative and clerical duties under the direction of the Security Cooperation Division leadership.
You will prepare executive correspondence, organize senior leader engagements, manage senior leader calendars, and execute various administrative processes.
You will receive calls, greet visitors and direct them to division leadership or staff members in support of their respective engagement.
You will process routine administrative tasks based on working knowledge of programs, operations, or classified subject matters.
At the GS-07 level you will perform duties as they are assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of specialized experience should include the following: 1) Composing a variety of correspondence which could include messages, letters, directives, trip reports, memorandums, speeches, etc.,.; 2) Organizing information and data to prepare for meetings; 3) Receiving calls, greeting visitors, and routing personnel to appropriate staff members; 4) Maintaining and organizing files and/or reference materials such as manuals, directives, programs, schedules, regulations and various other material; 5) Creating travel arrangements in accordance with prescribed procedures.
GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of specialized experience should include the following: 1) Assisting with composing various types of correspondence; 2) Following prescribed procedures to organize data for meetings; 3) Receiving calls, greeting visitors, and routing personnel to appropriate staff members; 4) Assisting with maintaining and organizing various files; 5) Assisting with creating travel arrangements in accordance with prescribed procedures

Education
GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related
