About the Position: This position is located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Duties

Develop methods to assist the Department with improving its data quality and business practice. Identify training needs, proponent of the training, and assists proponents in developing training plans as appropriate. Provide graphical presentations of statistical data, as well as composite material involving data and other types of material for briefings, publications, and routine reports. Assist with the development of recommendations for procedural changes that positively affect data quality for all levels of the organization. Validate data for accuracy and completeness and refines into format for specific individual responses or summary reports. Analyze and interpret a variety of work processes performed by personnel in functionally different but interrelated operations using computer systems impacting data quality.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
