Duties
As a Management Analyst, the incumbent analyzes the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Bureau's programs and operations. Conducts research, analyzes and evaluates interrelated issues related to substantive, mission-oriented programs. In addition, the incumbent analyzes, evaluates and/or improves the efficiency of internal administrative operations and/or organizations within the Division and/or Bureau.

GS-11 In order to be deemed as qualified, candidates must meet the Educational Requirements (A) OR Specialized Experience requirements (B) OR a combination of both education and experience (C). A. Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related. OR B. Specialized Experience In order to be deemed as qualified candidates must have one year of specialized experience which is equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: 1. Experience analyzing, evaluating and/or improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations or programs. 2. Experience preparing a variety of status reports, management summaries, and briefing papers. 3. Experience working on administrative or management projects. 4. Experience planning, analyzing and preparing factual information, project papers and staff reports on program activities for presentation to management. OR C. A combination of education and experience

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
