About the Position: This position is with PEO IEW&S, Project Manager Def Cyber Ops Office of the Project Manager, Fort Belvoir, VA.

Duties

Provide overall direction and guidance for the development and implementation of a comprehensive product support strategy for the materiel system throughout the system life cycle. Ensure appropriate predictive analysis and modeling tools are used to improve materiel availability and reliability, increase operational availability rates, and reduce operation and sustainment costs. Conduct appropriate cost analyses to validate the product support strategy. Direct and oversee materiel fielding planning and execution. Oversee cost estimating, planning, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, product support integrators and product support providers, and oversight of the product support function.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
• The duties of this position require submission of, on an annual basis, OGE 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
• This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance with sensitive compartmental information or access for the duration of employment.
• Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Advanced in the Acquisition Career Field (Life Cycle Logistics) within 48 months of entrance on duty.
• This position requires Financial Management Level 3 certified position must be able to obtain certification within 24 months of appointment. Are you willing to abide by these requirements?
